I have been using the email features on CC and interacted with customer service for years now and can't sing their praises enough. The product and support is excellent. I've tried using the survey feature on CC twice now and have found it sub par on every level. The design and branding options are virtually non-existent. The editing tools are a fraction of what is available on the main email feature. The character limits on opening and closing pages are extremely limited. Even after hours of work, the end result is poorly formatted, bland, and unprofessional looking. Unless this feature is updated, I will seek elsewhere for survey needs in the future. Please raise it to the standard we've come to enjoy and expect from the rest of the CC features.
