I am trying to send an invitation to past participants to our annual event but I could not schedule the delivery due to the limitation that the event was ended more than 30 days. I think this limitation should be lifted.
Hi @ShandonP thank you for sharing this feedback with us! Though there is not a feature currently available to email registrants 30 days after event is closed, there is a workaround. As a workaround I would suggest adding your registrants into a new contact list and scheduling an email campaign outside of your event to this list. Do this will allow you to email your participants after all!
We are marking this idea as Not Currently Planned due to us working on an updated event experience in a more advanced tool. While we do not have an update or timeline to share or can guarantee any kind of information on how we will be handling event invitations, we hope this indicates some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration while we are building out this tool.
