Filing Campaigns Dropdown is Cumbersome

Um, why on earth is this dropdown so cumbersome? Shouldn't the name of the folder be on the same line as the folder icon? And shouldn't the row height be smaller?  I have a number of folders, and I have to scroll up and down forever and ever to get to the one I need at the moment. In fact, if there are more than two subfolders, you can't even see the top level to know what level you're in!  (Note, yes, I do know that I multi-select and drag, which I try to remember to use, but since it isn't presented as an option anywhere on the page with a "Select and drag to folder" sort of tool tip, you have to know - and remember - to do it that way.)

I understand that the folders drop-down selection is not ideal for your uses. We really appreciate your feedback. The campaign folder view was adjusted during a homepage update. The folder icon was deleted and there is an improved view for folders and subfolders
