Get a real Survey Tool

The survey builder is awkward and not friendly at all.  It will not allow skipping non relevant questions or sections.  The results reporting is dead! It doesn't work at all!  What good does it do to pay for something that can't be used!

Having skip logic is a feature request we are in the process of collecting feedback on for our Product Team. In fact we recommend sharing your need for this feature directly on its thread. Doing so will add you to the queue to be notified when there are any further updates shared. As for the reporting, what exactly are you experiencing? You describe your survey reporting as not working and we would be happy to help look into this further for you!

The only reporting available is a raw data dump to excel.  The graphical results page is dead.  The export to pdf is dead.  This is just data that I have to spend time on reformatting.  I have been told you are aware of the issue but it has been months and no results.  I pay for a tool that not only collects data but gives me results in a format that is usable.  A raw data dump only is not worth the money I am paying

What other type of exporting file type are you looking for? At this time users can export their survey reporting into an excel or PDF report. You mention the export to PDF is dead. What exactly are you experiencing when trying to export as a PDF? Does this happen in more than one browser or even a private/incognito window?
