I signed up for the marketing support program but it is being drawn out in bits and pieces so much that I can't get an email going. This costs me time and lots of money in business. This is unacceptable the way you have structured this program. I need to be able to get emails out NOW not weeks down the line.
Hi @MarycarylS thank you for sharing your feedback with us on this! I apologize this is the experience you've had with our Marketing Advisor program. Users who opt into this add-on are sent a follow-up email the same day to begin the process of connecting you with your advisor. Were you able to receive this email? I have also taken a look at your account and can see you were able to speak with our phone support about this as well. Are you still in need of assistance with our Marketing Advisor program? In the meantime, here are helpful articles we have in our Help Center to get started on emails in your account.
