Every time you do a major newsletter design upgrade (which honestly hasn't been that often) I have a bunch of design errors on my newsletter. I paid you $79 to create a beautiful design I was very happy. It looked great until today. I have multiple design errors and do not know how, nor have the time to correct. Do I really have to pay you an additional $79 to correct the problems your upgrade created? What do I do?
