We updated our system in the last year or two to replace a question mark icon with the word Help at right hand sight of the header toolbar. If you're seeing somewhere that still refers to a question mark button instead, can you provide a link to the page so that we can have our team update the messaging? If for some reason you are also not seeing the help icon at the top of your page, you can reach our support team using the contact information located here: https://community.constantcontact.com/contact-support
