When a recipient uses the "share to facebook" social media button, Constant Contact auto-populates the text that appears on facebook and does not allow the email's creator to set the image that appears alongside the text. That should be changed to allow more customization on this end.

I agree that being able to choose the preview image of the Facebook post would be great, however, this is unfortunately something that Facebook limits. In order to provide their users with reliable information, they limit users from choosing the preview images of content they share through third parties such as Constant Contact. This has been something we've wanted the ability to do for some time and if Facebook ever removes this limitation, we'll be sure to update our side of things.
