We have used the automated email function for years and found it very workable and flexible.
The new format recently developed is clearly a step back in flexibility and quality. Our automated emails have always run on a scheduled marketing plan for up to 90 days using 25 emails. Today we learned there is a maximum of 15 emails that can be used by counting the emails and the time delays.
Somebody failed to provide more in marketing but significantly less. Not a positive development for our organization.
