Irritated by inability to respond to survey

I tried to respond to CC'ssurvey request I received by email. Couldn't! My email wasn't recognized as a valid business email. (It was the email CC contacted me at.) Frustating!

That's really strange @Monomoycontact!

 

I've never heard of that happening.  I'll pass that info to the team who sends the surveys.

 

In the meantime-- we would be happy to have someone reach out to you to collect any and all feedback you have.  Let me know if that works for you and we can get something scheduled!
