On Step 5-6 doesnt explain why there's payment waiting
and how that status changes.

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. We apologize for any confusion there may be with the payment status of "payment waiting." Payments show as "Waiting" within Constant Contact due to the payment being unclaimed within PayPal. Here are the common reasons why your payment is unclaimed:

  1. The recipient doesn't have a PayPal account. 
  2. The recipient hasn’t confirmed the email address for the PayPal account. 
  3. A payment was sent to an email address that the recipient hasn’t added to the PayPal account.
  4. The recipient’s email address was entered incorrectly when the payment was sent.
  5. The recipient still needs to manually accept the payment. 
  6. The recipient hasn't confirmed their bank account.

With that said, are you seeing payments with this status? If so, is the waiting transaction displaying within PayPal? Is your PayPal account verified? Is your Bank Account Verified?

Status changed to: Closed - No Action
