Link of Sign-up Form to Email

I want to create an email where people sign up for something - like our birthday club. Why can't emails be linked to Sign-up forms? I have to go create a landing page and it's so long winded.....PLEASE there are other programs doing it and Constant contact should have had this feature already!!!

Are you trying to get your current customers to be able to subscribe to specific newsletters/lists?

If so I think our click segmentation feature may be what you'd want to use.  This feature allows you to create buttons/links where if a customer clicks on it, they will be added to a specific list in your account.

This FAQ gives a little more information and shows you how you can use this feature.
