Mobile unfriendly

For a company that stresses being mobile friendly, why aren't you more so? I can't add contacts via my phone and don't always have access to a PC. I could add lists, or even tags (whatever they are) but NOT contacts! ? Can't see that part of the screen from my phone. I had hoped it was my old phone, but no, even with a better phone I can see almost everything but can't get to the "add contacts" button 😐 it isn't the worst thing ever, but it would sure make my life easier. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues. Are you using our mobile app or are you logging into Constant Contact through the browser on your phone? The browser version of our site does not support mobile usage. Some customers have had a mixed degree of success but we can't guarantee that it will work. Because of this we recommend using our Mobile App when using Constant Contact on a mobile device. If you are using the mobile app, can you tell me what device you are using? We would like to know so we can attempt to test the issue further.
