A MAJOR flaw is that you count every time a customer clicks on a report toward one of their 200 emails stored under "engagement." We have customers that click on the same report multiple times. Can be over 20 times for ONE email we send, and that 20 times is being counted toward the 200 stored yet it is specifically written as "this shows data for the last 200 emails you sent in the past five years." Simply not true. We now only have data for 3 days for one of our customers as they clicked on the same one report over and over again.
Hi @MMA_Customer_Service. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We've let our product teams know of the discrepancy in reporting. This idea will be labeled as "voting open" to allow for better tracking. If we hear any updates, we will comment on the thread.
At this time, we do not have plans to make adjustments to how the engagement history window is displayed or remove certain types of engagement. If we hear of any movement in the future, we will update this post.
