We have a lot of pdf files that we attach to many of our emails. It would be really helpful if the list of them was in some sort of order, so that I could find what I'm looking for more quickly. Either alphabetizing them, or putting them in chronological order would be very helpful. Right now the order seems to be very random and since we have many pages of files, it takes too long to find the one I'm looking for.
Hi @Dolphin_Rainbow. While working in the email, you can click the headers to organize your documents by name, size or upload date. To make sure we're looking at the same thing, are you viewing your files from the Insert Link screen or in the library. If you could provide us with a screenshot, this would be very helpful for us so we can be on the same page for possible troubleshooting
