I'm really unhappy with the quality in your service,

Is POOR and always I HAVE ISSUES WHEN I NEED TO DESIGN A NEWSLETTER.

Is uncomfortable and I can't be done with the tools to help me to communicate with my clients.

Always the links doesn't work,to download pictures,when you need to save work,and is always getting in a different the time we set .

Beside the designs doesnt change or innovate.

I'll call customer service and make my complain,beside this notes.

I hope some changes or upgrade is happenning zoom.

What exactly are you experiencing when designing your newsletters? What links are not working? Are images not downloading when working in the editor or viewing your campaign in your email client?

Thank you for taking the time to post in the Community. We haven't heard back from you so we are going to close this idea. This doesn't mean that we aren't listening to your feedback! Please feel free to comment or vote on any of the other open ideas to let us know what you would like to see.
