Payment reminder

How do you not send a email to your subscribers giving some warning of upcoming payments? This is standard practice.

While we cannot go into a billing's account details here in the Community we can share that when a prepaid account is running low, the verified billing email address will receive an automatic email letting you know. If the remaining balance is insufficient to pay the anticipated charges for the following billing period, the credit card on file will be automatically renewed for prepayment. If there is not a credit card on file, the account will be placed on hold until payment is arranged. It doesn't automatically cancel.


 If for some reason users are no receiving this notification we do recommend updating the billing contact on file to an address you may receive the notification directly. We can however see you were able to speak with our Billing Support and schedule your account to be canceled. If you have any further questions please give a call into our support at these hours and numbers and can help find the answers you may need.
