Permanently Delete a User

At this time being able to permanently remove or delete a user from an account is not an available feature. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

On 21 June 2022 I was able to delete old users by

... As the account owner going to My Account > Manage users

... Deactivating the user to be deleted

... Deleting the deactivated user

I appreciate the fact that this is a two step process as a safeguard against deleting the wrong user if one is moving too fast.

The good news is we have received word from our engineers that accounts owners can now be able to delete a deactivated user profile, If you have any additional questions on this, don’t hesitate to reach out to our Get Help boards. Please feel free to also comment or vote on any of the other open ideas to let us know what you would like to see.
