Please fix app so that you can resend an email after 90 days. Pretty sure it's been over a year or two since the change was made to the desktop version. Since Constant Contact's foundation is email sending it all should work the same and be able to actually use the app. The mobile browser version is horrible w/ tons of bugs so unless the email you're resending was created within 90 days the app is essentially pointless, and you still need to wait to have desktop access.

And on a related note, add the capability to Resend to non-openers to the mobile app.
