Well it broke again today...now it's gone again, same bugs as above, and then maybe it comes back. I'm copying HEX codes to maintain my pallette. It is ridiculous.

Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. We apologize for any inconvenience caused with your campaigns automatically being updated to our cross device editor. With that said, because this is a newer editor your recently used colors were not carried over to these templates. They will however be remembered over time. If you come across this not happening, if you do not see your used colors not being remembered please let us know.
With that said, we are going to close this idea. This doesn't mean that we aren't listening to your feedback! Please feel free to comment or vote on any of the other open ideas to let us know what you would like to see.
I'm not sure if i am doing something wrong or if it is a bug, but when I put my own hex color in and want to use it somewhere else in the email, I have to put the number in again instead of it having it their as a choice. Also it seems like the headings are changing color even when I don't want them to. The other version gave you the last few colors you used at the bottom of the color picker. Really miss that and it needs to come back!
I'm having a similar problem. I understand the newer editor may have wiped the recent colors, but mine aren't saving in the new editor. I'll get one or two to show up as recent when I use them within a block, but then I move onto the next block and nothing saves in recent colors. Going back to the previous block and nothing there either. Very frustrating having to enter them manually every single time.
Exactly! Though it may have corrected itself. I think it was a glitch due to the system transition that occurred.
Honestly, who thought it was a good idea to deploy an update during the middle of the working day instead of at night when fewer people were using the system?
Another example of Constant Contact's total disregard for the PAYING user experience...SMH
And you all should have investigated (or at least pretended to) before closing this concern and declaring everything hunky-dory.

We can't guarantee a commitment to deliver on the idea but should indicate some awareness that we have heard your feedback and are continuing to track these reports. Because this is not something all users are experiencing it is being tracked on a case by case basis. While this missing recent color section is a defect, the good news is in many cases the Recent Colors section does appear. We recommend waiting for the section to appear. If we hear anything in the future regarding this feature request, we will update the thread.
