Reminder Email

This is a great feature but I don't see any reporting about it to see if it is effective. It would be great if it showed up in the reporting at a campaign title of Reminder & the original Campaign name. Dennis Sewell

Hi @DennisS138

Thanks so much for the feedback! I just wanted to clarify some information so we can pass it along to the right teams. Are you referring to the new Resend to Non-Openers feature that add Reminder to the subject line? You would turn this feature on by checking a box on the scheduling page.

Dennis, I have been using the resend option since April and the campaign reports break down the stats for both the original (in blue) and the resend campaign (in green):

Hello, I was just wondering, how do you actually do this? Like how do you actually set up the reminder email? Is there a way to do it, because I was looking for a while and I can't figure out how to actually set it up to send a reminder email out.

Hi @JasonA170. This is the Resend to Non-Openers feature that is activated on the scheduling page. If you need to edit the email before resending it such as adding text or changing the subject line, you need to create a Did Not Open list, make a copy of the email, make the edits, and send the email to that list.
