Remove bounces from bounce report who open the email

0 Votes

Hi - I have a client who is very frustrated with the measurements that are displayed in reporting. It looks like the open rate is inflated because bounces include out of office/vacation auto replies.. and those folks who receive the email (even though the auto reply was on) are counted in the open list, as well. SO, if there's a send with 200 people and 20 are on vacation, Constant Contact says 180 people received. HOWEVER, the 20 people on vacation are still opening the email and counted in the open rate. Can this please be fixed so my client doesn't walk away?
