SENDING TO NEW CONTACTS: Working with LISTS

When getting ready to send out a formerly-sent email to NEW CONTACTS, including to a NEW LIST, please install a CLEAR LISTS, so that we don't have to go down by hand to UN-CLICK the lists from the earlier send-out.

How would you expect the lists to display instead? Currently, when resending an email Constant Contact will only send to new contacts who have not yet received your email on any new list you select or new contacts on the previously selected lists.
