Saving issues

This has been an on going problem. I will change or edit something on my email. save it. and when I send it out the changes have not staied the way I wanted them. This can not continue to happen and triple checking that the program is acutally functioning is wasting a lot of time and is evidently not effective. Please let me know if there is any way for this ongoing issue to be fixed. Thank you.
