It's frustrating that I only have one welcome message. I'm running a campaign to download an e-book, but they won't get an immediate email with the download link. And I don't want everyone who signs up for my newsletter to get the e-book only a very specific list. Without this ability the Autoresponder feature is not fully built out.
Hi, I have a free gift attached to my first autoresponder email for new subscribers but it won't allow me to have it send immediately when they sign up. I'd like them to get the free gift as soon as they sign up, but I can't seem to get it to send in under a day. How can I fix this?
I am going to need to switch to another email provider because I have been waiting on an upgraded feature from Constant Contact where when someone signs up for my product or free e-book, it delivers it to them right away and not wait. That's a huge problem in my world as a virtual company and speaker. They clients and potential customers need to get what they sign up for right away and not wait 24 hours. In my business instant gratification is a HUGE win. Thanks

I tested an autoresponder email out for our Christmas promotion, and it took 20 minutes for it to get to my email. It would be great if that could be quicker.
SO I have been reading this forum on the issue of the immediate auto responder request from so many clients.... dating back to 2012..... it is now 2016 and this problem has not been addressed. In my opinion the fact that something so simple cannot be done is ridiculous. I am with Mindbody Online and am trapped into using your out dated service to make Mindbody work well with my business... I think both you Constant Contact and Mindbody need to get your ducks in a row or I am out of here!
I'd love to be able to have the first email in an autoresponder go out immediately rather than one day after sign up. I've created a special sign up list that will be getting exclusive content from us when they sign up to the list and instead of being able to get that content to them right away, they won't get it until the next day. A standard "welcome" email won't work because it will go to anyone that signs up to receive any of our emails.
Why have people been asking for this for 4 years and still no solution? I'll be cancelling my subscription and going with another provider if this isn't an option.
