Automated Campaign Settings

When setting up an automated campaign and needing to add one additional criterion to the trigger, WHy is it not possible to choose what the additional criteria is instead of what it is not?   

Dear talented programmers at Constant Contact:  Please give us the option to choose "is" instead of just "is not" when adding a critierian to the trigger of an automated campaign setting. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE
