I am unable to create and save a new sign up form. In talking to tech support, they say this is a known problem, and the engineers will implement a fix "sometime this month or next".
How can you have a contact system in which you can't create a sign-up form? I can appreciate that things break sometimes, but to say that a fix will be rolled out "this month or next" is unacceptable. This should be a top priority for Constant Contact! I am dead in the water on implementing a new website form until this is fixed.

I just wanted to pass along this update for you. We've done a lot of research on this issue as we know it is very inconvient. I have good news though, we have determined what the problem is and how to fix it. The fix for this will go out in our next scheduled release so you will see it resolved soon. Since we do complete lots of testing I am unable to give you an exact date but it should be sometime necxt week. I'll share any update as I have it. I see you also have a case open to be notified via email when this is complete.
