In campaign creation, I can only scroll so far in the image sidebar.
I CANNOT ACCESS ALL OF MY IMAGES, DESPITE THEM GOING AGAINST MY QUOTA.
This issue has been reported previously. When will it be FIXED?
Also, the extended wait times for Chat support are ridiculous.
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix these bugs. Hire more chat reps and hire more software engineers (AND MORE QUALITY TESTERS SO THESE BUGS ARE NOT RELEASED TO PRODUCTION)
Are you having this experience when working with images through your campaigns? Or directly in the library section of your account? Is it happening if you try working in a different browser or even a private/incognito window?
I second this comment. When I am working on a campaign, and I try to add images to it, everything about it is slow. It's slow with the image library opens, it is slow when I click on the "upload" button to add new images, it is slow to upload the images, and it is slow to actually insert the images once I have selected them. Frustrating.
Try accessing an old image when building a campaign and it just doesn't get there. It scrolls until it decides it can't scroll further, but images used less than a year ago are inaccessible.
Charge against my image quota and then provide a user interface that prevents me even using the images in a campaign.
@user59424I am unable to replicate this experience in your account. I accessed your images using the Image tab on the left side of the screen and within the Insert Image screen when trying to replace an image. While the images did not load immediately as I scrolled through them, they appear after a few seconds. Given the large number of images in your library, this will cause a delay in loading.
How are you accessing these images (Image tab or Insert Image)? Have you done basic troubleshooting such as using a different browser or a different network?
