Status Update

I understand e-mails are not working but it would be nice to have more of an idea of when it may be up and running.  It was updated two hours ago to say there were issues and things are running slow but it is not even allowing me to open an e-mail I am working on.  For example if it were to say we know our system is having difficulties, we are working on the situation - please check in at 10:00 a.m. EST for a status update.  Thank you.
