Are your support services in India. I'm not prejudiced. But, with other software vendors I have found their performance to be poor. If your support is indeed Indian, I will have to migrate back to campaigner.

However the good news is all agents are trained the same way and are happy to help with what you need. Please feel free to reply here in the Community if there is anything in your account we can assist with or vote on any of the other open ideas to let us know what you would like to see.
