Thanks for the feedback. While you can not manually change the payment status for a registrant to refunded, you can cancel a customer who has been refunded outside of our system. I recognize that this isn't the same thing so I'm going to take this to our developers and open this post up for voting so other's that might be interested in this feature. Currently we're only working on critical issues with our Events tool as we just released an integration with EventBrite and are working get that feature up to speed with our existing events product.
We are working on an updated event experience in a more advanced tool. While we do not have an update or timeline to share or can guarantee any kind of commitment on how we will be handling event registrations, we hope this indicates some awareness that we have heard your feedback and could be taken under consideration while we are building out this tool.
