Take out the default to "Send it now" in the scheduling function

I think the default to "send it now" in the scheduling function is very dangerous.  I think you need to actively click "send it now" and confirm it before it sends.  Right now it is way too easy to load everything up, pick your lists and think you are waiting for later to schedule a mailing.
