The floating tool bar

It does not float with the document and often jerks around. More times than I would like to count, I have scrolled to save the work I have done and when I have scrolled up to get to the "save" button on the toolbar, it moves around and I end up clicking one of the links to Library or Sign Up Forms or something and I loose the work I done. So infuriating!

And just now, when I went to click "save" the comment form popped up (I did not ask for it). I filled out  the above comment (because there was no way to get rid of it). I submitted the comment and then a large white square appeared in the middle of the screen. There was no way to get rid of that either, so I hit the arrow to go back to the previous page (anything to get the big white square off of my screen!!!) and it deleted all my changes. AND the white square won't go away. The amount of time I waste on these random glitches  - rewriting emails filled with information and details and links and forms all of which have to be re-added - makes me angry and frustrated!

Hi @FBCRichmond. Thank you so much for your feedback and I apologize for any frustration that you have experienced when using our product. I want to address both of your concerns separately. 


First, with the toolbar, I have a few troubleshooting steps to take as this appears to be an issue that occurs randomly. 


- What browser were you using and could you try a different one?

- Is your browser zoomed in at all?

- Does this happen in other campaigns as well?

- If you click a few times within that section, does the toolbar appear in the correct place? Also if you click into another section, does this help? 


Next, the feedback form. We are looking into why the X or close button is not appearing properly when this form pops up on certain pages. Do you happen to remember which page you were on? If this does happen again, you can hover your cursor in the top right corner of the form and a hand icon should appear to allow you to close this out.
