Turn off Mobile Template Splash Screen

Each and every time I copy an old newsletter to edit for a new publication ( I have about 50 clients I publish for in another account and 1 I publish for in this account ) I receive the mobile template splash screen.  It was great the first few times and I'll admit I even looked at a few mobile templates.  But I don't have the time, nor do I feel the need to switch everything I publish to a mobile friendly template.  I've looked at everything I publish now in a mobile setting - it looks fine - why the push to switch I wonder? How do I turn it off?  The splash screen is an annoying extra step and I've seen it enough I now have it comitted to memory.  HELP!  TURN IT OFF!

I'm a little annoyed when I receive the "switch to mobile template" popup every time I use one of my own templates. As a company that is supposed to be on the cutting edge of email technology, it seems to me that ALL of your emails should be mobile-friendly, whether or not I am using one of your mobile-specific templates. It also frustrates me when I see all of these webinars that you guys are offering on your own product and then charging money "at a special rate" for clients. I am already paying for your service, so it seems like you guys should have free webinars for clients on how to use the service we are already paying for every month. Our company offers free webinars all the time (which, by the way, don't really cost you anything, because you're not paying for a space or food or materials), as a value-add for our clients. As a web-based service, it seems like you guys would offer the same, at a minimum.

Hi @DeborahN7

Thank you for letting us know your thoughts on the mobile template splash screen and I'm glad that the templates you've used have worked for you on your mobile device. Due to varying differences on mobile devices we are trying to convey to our customers the importance of a mobile friendly/responsive template to ensure that your email looks the best that it can across all the different mobile devices available for use-- especially since the majority of emails are now read on mobile phones and tablets.

Thank you for your feedback, it is very valuable and I'll be sure to pass it along!

Sorry, Natalie, but your reply was not helpful at all as Deborah's question wasn't answered.

I, too, would love to know how to turn off the mobile template splash screen. Maybe a check box option to not see the message again could be added to that window. If there is another way to disable that screen, please let us know.
