UNDO THE MOST RECENT PLATFORM UPDATE

I don't know what you all have done with your most recent update, but your product has lost massive functionality and now makes it incredibly hard to create a newsletter that looks how we want it to look. In the past we copied our old format for each new campaign and could easily manipulate it to make it look like we want it to. Now whenever I try to move a block, it changes the color and I am unable to change it back to the color we want. At times I am unable to resize dividers/spacers - I have log out and log back in to get that menu to pop up when I click on the spacer. The button functionality changed too - now we have to enter text separately. I've already spoken with someone about this and was told that they would share my feedback, but now as I attempt to create another campaign and find myself beyond frustrated at my inability to do so, I thought I'd share it again here. Please revert to where you were pre-August 2022!

Hi @JayY04

The experience you're having with you block colors changing when copying a campaign is a defect we are in the process of troubleshooting. In fact we recommend sharing your experience and any further details you may have directly on its thread. As for resizing your dividers and spacers, what exactly is happening? Are you unable to edit them because the formatting toolbar isn't appearing? What is the name of a campaign you're having this experience in? Having this information along with specific block examples is helpful for us to take a closer look.

Per your words:

"This a defect we are in the process of troubleshooting"

So you closed the thread because you didn't hear back?  What did you need to hear?

It's a bug, you know it's a bug.  Just fix it.  Don't play stupid games and close threads that document existing bugs UNLESS YOU ACTUALLY FIX THE BUG....
