PLEASE MAKE IT EASIER TO MANUALLY UNSUBSCRIBE CONTACTS. There appears to be an area for this task in the contacts section, under "Email Status." When I try to manually select "Unsubscribed" nothing happens. Please fix this! Users should not have to take extra steps (downloading emails and re-uploading them) for this simple task. Thank you so much for bringing this up. I apologize you're running into this, this is a bug our engineers are aware of but we are not able to replicate it. Others who have run into this issue have found some luck in using the arrow keys on the keyboard to toggle between the options and select 'Unsubscribed', or trying a different device. Do you know if either of these work for you?
