Upload button hidden

When I go to upload to library from my computer the button for uploading signal is not available on my screen. For a while I could get it to work by clicking feedback but today that won't work.

I have been trying to weeks to upload images to the Library. I keep getting errors. I cannot upload any photos.

To add a new image, I used to click "Upload new lmage" and then "browse my computer". I don't see anything that enables me to browse. Has this process changed?

When I click on the Upload to Library, all it says is to "drag and drop". Always before there was an option to click to "browse my computer". It is not available or even visible today. HELP!

when i want to upload pictures from my computer, your website always keep rotating status, so i cant upload my pictures into webiste. so that I cant use well your website and tool,I love your website and want to buy it. But I meet this trouble, how can i resolve it. I am from China, i dont know it is reason which produce this problem. Looking fowards to your help. Merry Christma
