Uploading a phone from the computer is proving very difficult as pop-up blockers prevent the ability of the user to upload a document.

Hey @FirstNameL82987, thanks for your feedback! So I can understand the issue you're experiencing, could you provide a little context as to how you are uploading your document? For example, are you going to the website on your mobile phone and uploading it through the browser on your phone?
