Very bad trial period

Hi. I started my trial period on Sunday, and created two campaigns. Now, when I log in on my computer, they are not visible when I click on Campaigns. They are visible on my phone, but not on the site on my computer. I've tried two different browsers on two different computers over the past three days. Someone called me on Monday and I told him about this, and he said he could see them so there wasn't anything he could do. I just tried the chat functionality and he said that he can see them and that there isn't anything he can do, and then he tried to sell me on something. NO. I'm four days into a 60 day trial and can't even see something I've drafted? And the people I've spoken with just say "Oh well, sorry"? I am not impressed.
