Want more than one user on Email plan

Good day.. We are a nonprofit organization working with youth and have been utilizing Constant Contact since August 2019. Please let us know how Constant Contact feels about increasing the number of account users for the $65/month Email plan. Thank you for your consideration!

Your video said I could add up to ten people to access and work on the account. I tried to add one and was given a pop-up message that said I had to upgrade for that. I would like to add a member of my team to help, as she understands technology better than I. I have to call support often for help with little things. Just don't understand what one person couldn't be added. You need to edit the video about this because it gave false hopes.

Hi @ADAMG372  how many more account users we you looking to add?  At this time our Email Basic plan only allows up to 1 user, while upgrading to Email Plus allows up to 10 users.

With updates to our available plans, all accounts can create at least three users. Upgraded accounts can have unlimited users.
