On my Constant Contact account, I am an account manager, can create and delete an account, these are powerful functions, but I can not set up a password for a new account. From a security perspective, not wanting to give permission to account managers, maybe it should not be named account manager, then it's loophole.
Totally unproductive and misleading, spent a considerable amount of time to figure out I can't really do this with out the help of the account owner. Then why allowing me to create an account?
