It would be great to be able to access the bounceback emails that are received by Constant Contact for two reasons: 1) It's much easier to send the detail of those bounceback emails to IT departments at recipient organizations that are blocking or refusing to deliver the email. In my experience IT departments often request this. 2) If it's an out of office reply I like to see the bounceback email because sometimes the message is, "this person is on maternity leave or extended absense," or "this person has left the organization." It helps with keeping my email list clean/up-to-date.

To start, I must click twice to get a single space between words! That alone has me frustrated to no end. I also cannot change the border color and was suggested to start from scratch. That would add hours to something that took me a short amount of time. Please let me know how to go back to the original formatting interface.

It is crazy that CC has removed the ability for account owners to assign or see user names in addition to the email address, of the users for the account. PUT IT BACK. Wonder if I assign: CompanyMarketing to a user and they leave the company. I can't reuse that user name for the new Marketing person. Ridiculous.
Because of small things like this that CC keeps doing without fixing things that perform poorly, definitely makes me want to move to a different platform.

My event is a 3 day event. Each day the hours are from 8-4:30. I can't do each day, it only lets me say the event starts Wed at 8 and ends Fri at 4:30. When making an edit change, the "Save" action button continues to be greyed out even after editing is done, re: unable to save change. Yet, if I go back in later, I discover that the change was effective. There is no way for the user to know this. I wasted an hour only to learn later that the change was effective. It used to be possible to send a test of the Welcome email. I've clicked very link on every window I can find and can't find any way to do this. The only time it seems to allow it, it gives an error about the email not be valid or some such thing? Why would you remove existing functionality? Please restore this feature so I can have a record of prior Welcome emails.

I am frequently trying to find a video or report quickly and can't remember where it is located. Be great to have a search box in the Partner Resource section that I could use to locate a viceo or sell sheet or Puublication like "Making Sense of Online Marketing The Download" I would think it would also be effective to have access to many of the training lessons for the certificatioin test. Once I past the test they are no longer accessible. Having access to them would be helpful and if I watch or review several of them would just help me know them better.

I would prefer the "Send me early results" checkbox default be set to unchecked. Is there a way to turn it off as the default? I realize people can uncheck that option in each email, but we have various staff members sending out emails and it's unlikely that we could get staff to remember to uncheck it each time. The early results emails are not useful and add another email to a group inbox that must be deleted.

When sending an email, it's easy to select the lists I want to send to, but when it's time to actually click send, it would be nice to have the names of the lists show up instead of just the number of lists selected. I know that repeats what is in the selection box, but it would be easier to have them showing so that I can make sure I have the correct lists.

The PDF summary export you all have right now is limited. It doesn't include details on who submitted what answers, and also when the question is a "open text" question - the PDF only displays the first three answers. So not the most functional PDF export.

Hi - I would like suggest the following changes to the Survey Campaigns.
1. Ability to delete responses.
2. Ability to block "anonymous" responses, so only ones connected to emails can respond.
3. Ability to run a PDF report of responses - that includes who the responses came from. (right now only the detailed CVS report includes who responded).

1) Tried completing the 'Org Details' section but an error message popped up advising to correct the issue - however, there was nothing highlighted to let us know what needed to be changed? We had to engage with support, and the process took a good 20 minutes to solve. Turns out your 'Additional Info' line does not like BULLETS, but this we found out on our own. Pretty frustrating, time-consuming process, for a standard block of company info.
