I don't think most people on my email list think of themselves as having a profile and no one in the history of me using Constant Contact for 10+ years has clicked on that link instead of "SafeUnsubscribe" right above it. The language choice could be much clearer to help us all retain people on our lists and give them options to receive fewer emails rather than opt out completely.

Since you have outsourced customer support, recent calls to priority customer support team has been a disaster. My call was passed over to three different people and none of my problems were resolved. Your Priority Customer Support is not worth your money or my time.

The "new" Survey Builder SUCKS!!!!! It's terrible. Slow, buggy, the "Done" and "Save" buttons either move around or disappear. Often my edits are not saved. Where is the Thank You page and location to edit it? Oh, doesn't appear there is one.

It would be nice if you could create 1 campaign and then from that campaign schedule multiple postings, emails, etc. Having to copy the campaign just to create another event is very inefficient.

It seems pretty obvious you all have no intention of actually testing your platform before deploying it to Production. so if you're not going to pay Quality Testers, it's time to pay us poor customers that discover and report all of the bugs. So, IMPLEMENT A BUG BOUNTY PROGRAM, and at least compensate us for all of the time wasted discovering and reporting the issues with the site. (AND THEN MAYBE FIX THE BUGS TOO? Just saying...)

Hi, I'd just like to say I use the reporting tool all the time. As for feedback I'd love to see better functionality with it. For example: Sorting: sort what has been clicked on to see in groups. I like to see which articles are read the most for my next newsletter. And who has opened the newsletter to sort by company not just email or be able to sort by @companyname.com or something similar to see who are the most active without inputting an individual email. When you're dealing with thousands of emails that's pretty much impossible. Thanks!

My integrations - seen from the backend by your support team - are not visible on the front end "connected integrations". This means as your customer, when I have an issue with an integrated software, I have to call your support team to find out if the connection is still valid. It would be helpful to see all integrations on the 'connected' menu.

Our company has several clients that would like to integrate with Constant Contact, however the lack of regional support for the interface and emails (in the footer) is a show stopper. The ability to have support for regional settings in Chinese, Japanese, and Russian would be a welcome addition.
