I hung up yesterday because i have better things to do then remain on hold. maybe turn off your LIST REVIEW screening so CC isn't holding people up. we do have things better than being on hold for the SECOND day in a row. Why don't you call us when you have time? That is what many other companies do. we get to move about our day, you call us based on the order in which we called. THAT'S what you can do for YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!! Rediculous!!
