It seems pretty obvious you all have no intention of actually testing your platform before deploying it to Production.
so if you're not going to pay Quality Testers, it's time to pay us poor customers that discover and report all of the bugs.
So, IMPLEMENT A BUG BOUNTY PROGRAM, and at least compensate us for all of the time wasted discovering and reporting the issues with the site.
(AND THEN MAYBE FIX THE BUGS TOO? Just saying...)
Here you can find bromides and the occasional workaround, but most of the bugs have been verified repeatedly, and there is no indication of when they will actually get addressed unfortunately. I typed a whole paragraph today before the text showed up on my screen and then had to scroll to where the text wasn't visible in order to adjust the formatting. I wish they would just fix the bugs. I still don't understand how this got released to Production. Unfortunately, no solutions have been presented, and generally they deny the problems even exist until they are pressed, as THESE ARE KNOWN ISSUES.
My productivity has nose-dived as a result and I really don't feel that anyone at Constant Contact actually cares unfortunately.
JUST FIX THE BUGS ALREADY. PLEASE.
Thank you for your feedback. Bug bounty programs are typically used specifically for security related issues. To that end, we do have a vulnerability disclosure program for this.
That said, this feels like feedback outside of that realm. I understand you may have run into some issues using our product which we would like to help you with. If you are running into a current problem we would recommend either contacting our support team, finding a post on our community feedback area that is related to the issue you are experiencing, or creating a new post that describes the issue you're running into if you can't find a related post. We update feedback posts to reflect the current status of the issues and communicate out updates in regards to a fix.
Please feel free to add additional information about the issues you are experiencing here, and we can help troubleshoot, provide updates, or organize the comments into existing threads.
