suspension and calcellations

When someone suspends or cancels and I click on their name, some of my notes disappear.  I want to be able to see the list from which that name comes from without having to download.  This is what I want:  someone unsubscribes, I click on their name and then I want to see all my notes.  Why are you folks going through the trouble of erasing some of my notes?  When I talk to your representatives, none of them can tell me why this happens?  I've asked you about this in the past, but you never get back to me.  Just this one inconvenience obliterates all of the other good services and communications that you provide.  C'mon, be brave enough to get back to me.

I had never heard of this issue before, so I just tested it in my account.  When I unsubscribed myself I was still able to see the notes on the contact profile screen.  Is this where you're seeing them deleted?
