it is bad enough that suddenly a feature that was always on my account is suddenly not there though I just paid you for a full. year in advance. But it is also impossible to schedule my campaign ! the pop up notice keeps coming up and if I do not upgrade I can't send my campaign at all?????? what is going on! very upset customer.
You are correct our new plan structure does not have some features that may have been previously available. In fact our new Core package offers a lower entry price and allows you to attract, engage and keep more customers with functionality including list growth tools, email and social marketing, and reporting to know what works best. We apologize for any confusion there may have been with the resend to non-openers not being carried over to this new billing plan on your account. We have tracked this feedback on your behalf.
