IT SHOULDN'T BE THIS DIFFICULT TO QUICKLY FIND A AWAY TO SAY SOMETHING TO YOU.

Any company willing to improve itself would be advised to make it as easy as possible to get feedback

Absolutely agree.  If there was a concern about customer satisfaction, then it would be easy to open a help ticket when things go wrong.
