I just chatted with someone to help with a problem.  It was resolved fine.  My complaint is that when you are chatting, you see the agent's message on the left side of the screen and my responses on the right side.  It would be better to see them on the same side!  It's much easier to read that way.  I hope you change it.

Thank you for the feedback, @JaneW72. I'm happy to hear that the agent was able to assist you but I can see how it could be easier to see your conversation in this type of layout. I'll open the idea up for voting.
