Chat was great but too short.

I chatted with Lahari a few minutes ago. She (or he, don't know the gender, sorry) was helpful, but after I asked a question she couldn't answer she just referred me to the API group and assumed we were done. She did ask me if I had any other questions and I started typing my next question, but before I was finished she terminated the chat session with a message to the effect that I could call or chat again. But I'm not seeing how to initiate a chat session. So I think Lahari was too quick to sign off.
